Welcome to Cultivate Advent.

 

From December 1st for 24 days we will meet for guided practice in Service to cultivating, harnessing and connecting to your

Erotic Aliveness.

 

For 24 days we will devote 10-20 minutes, daily, to the life-force inside of us.

Cultivate is a practise space.

The practise; Cultivate, itself, is an erotic movement practise, however, during the 24 days we will also work with various other tantric tools to assist in the relationship building of you and your eros. I will be guiding and teaching these tools for you to have deeper access to yourself and the current that stirs within you. You will learn how to work with your erotic energy, how to master and expand your energy and receive teachings and principles to help you to orient towards Truth with the necessary embodiment of erotic lifeforce. 

 

This is for anyone at any stage on their journey - those who never done this work before to those who are seasoned practitioners working with your Erotic Energy regularly. It's designed to meet you where you're at. 

 

These practises are practises that have changed my life, and the hundreds of women I have worked with.

 I continually spend time exploring and deepening with these exercises.

Calls will last 30 mins. All calls are recorded.
